Dave Alford - Director

David moved to Scotland after completing a 4 year electrical apprenticeship at Devonport Dockyard and worked in several posts at HM Naval Base Faslane from Electrical Design Draughtsman to IT Systems Engineer. After seveal tours at sea with the Royal Fleet Auxilliary Service and a spell at the Royal Naval Codification Agency in Glasgow, David left the MOD to become self employed, supplying IT support to small businesses in the West of Glasgow area.

David joined Experisys is 2001 bringing with him a number of customers who are still supported by Experisys IT.

David provides technical support to all of Experisys IT's SME customers with the assistance of a number of engineers. David works on all aspects of support from equipment selection, configuration and installation as well as maintaining Experisys IT's in house systems.

Alun McIntyre - Technical Director

Alun McIntyreSince graduating in 1995 with an Advance Diploma in Software Engineering Alun has gained valuable experience in both the private and public corporate sectors. Alun has spent most of his time contracting with Scottish Enterprise as part of the Technical Support Team and has been involved with various IT projects and Technical consultancy.
Alun’s IT experience has seen the likes of blue chip companies like Atlantic Telecom, Barclays, Intelligent Finance & Xansa gain from his extensive knowledge with Microsoft platforms & Applications.

Neil Stevenson - Managing Director

Neil StevensonNeil started his IT career in 1988 at a small software house in Glasgow writing Solicitors cash accounting software and soon became the Software and Support Manager for the company. Neil then worked for Bull Information Systems as a Imaging and Workflow Consultant for a short time before becoming a freelance consultant. Neil's first contract was with NCR/AT&T GIS where he worked on two large Imaging projects. After NCR, Neil then went to work with De La Rue Fortronic as a UNIX and Informix DBA where he stayed for over 6 years before a move to Scottish Enterprise to work as a UNIX and Windows administrator.

Robert Taylor - Director

Robert TaylorRobert started his career in the civil service in 1986, moving on to Scottish Enterprise in 1991, there he carried out various roles including Management Information Supervisor, ICT Systems Administrator and Client E-commerce Advisor; in his final years before leaving for Experisys IT Robert worked as part of the Business Transformation team at Scottish Enterprise, specifically on areas involving Knowledge Management, Intranet and Website Content.

Robert joined Experisys IT in Novemeber 2002 and now carries out the role of ICT Business Analyst offering the initial contact with clients, looking at the needs, managing expectations and developing the partnership between the client and Experisys IT. Robert is a member of the Rotary Club of Clydebank.
